So the end of the year is approaching and I want to determine my NYR (New Years Resolutions) by the new year for once! One that I have been struggling with is my thrifty-ness and coupon skills. My attitude on coupons depends on if I'm up early enough to head to the paper stand, if I want to take the time to web browse, and if I have enough ink in my printer. By browsing Pinterest I have come across a list of companies that will send out coupons, so below is my list (alphabetically) and as I receive replies and/or goodies from these companies I will post what they sent with images (if they send samples). Hope this spreads some wealth! I am also signing up for each companies mailing

We are sorry to disappoint you with the news that we have established a Company policy not to offer coupons, samples or promotional items online or by mail unless we are running a special promotion. It is simply too expensive and we would be inundated with requests.
B&G Foods, just like many other companies simply cannot afford to mail out these items. Stationery, postage, printing, the actual monetary value of redeemed coupons, as well as the cost of a contractual redemption agency have all contributed to our policy.

We do not have coupons to send to our consumers, but I wanted to let you know the best sources for coupons are advertisements in newspapers and magazines, store rebates, and coupons or rebate offers included with the products themselves.
